D’ANDREA is an Italian company, a leader in the production of high precision machine tool accessories. D’ANDREA is known worldwide for the quality of its products and has been developing increasingly efficient technologies since 1951 to keep up with the modern demands of the precision engineering industry.
The entire D’ANDREA product range comes from the headquarters in Lainate, including the TA-CENTER, TA-TRONIC, U-TRONIC, U-COMAX & AUTORADIAL facing and boring heads, the high precision modular tool holder system MODULHARD’ANDREA and the balanced tool holder systems for high speed applications TOPRUN, MONOd’, MONOforce, GRINTA and MCD’.

In April 2002 D’Andrea opened a production plant located in Castel Del Giudice in Northern Molise, which soon after started production. The plant is specialized in the production of components for high-precision tool holding and modular systems, U-TRONIC facing and boring heads. “High-precision mechanical engineering” is the slogan that characterizes the production unit, emphasizing the value of the operation.
The history of D’Andrea is built on a long and steady success. The first TS series heads capable of “fixed part machining” dominated the world market in the 50s. Then came the SENSITIV T-TA and U-TRONIC heads in the 70s and in the 80s the U-CENTER heads. In the same period, D’Andrea received the prestigious Compasso d’Oro award for industrial design.
In the 90s, thanks to MODULHARD’ANDREA, TOPRUN and AUTORADIAL, there was a growth in revenue, confirmed in 2001 with the launch of the MONOd product line and the strengthening of production with new offices in Lainate and a factory in Castel Del Giudice in Northern Molise.

D’Andrea has a complete sales system with support before and after sales. D’Andrea provides dedicated technical consulting services for all customers and lifetime repair services for products sold worldwide.
TRAINING
D’Andrea provides technical support both before and after sales. By organizing training for its distributors both in Italy and abroad, training courses are organized at the headquarters in Lainate and at the offices of the distributors abroad to demonstrate the technical features and working principles of all the products. These training courses are also an opportunity to present new product launches and to request explanations or practical demonstrations of the use of D’Andrea products. The trainees are provided with technical learning materials, available in both Italian and English.
