Coordinate Measuring Machine
Building on more than 100 years of experience, Zeiss has developed 3D measuring instruments to meet the needs of quality control in industrial plants and laboratories that require precision and advanced metrology capabilities, covering a wide range of industries including automotive, aerospace, machinery, plastics and medical technology.
3D measuring instruments can be divided into 4 main groups.
Light measuring instruments
Optical 3D Metrology
Complex part dimensions can be easily and quickly measured with optical measuring instruments. High levels of automation combined with sensor technology can reduce errors from manual measurement and greatly increase measurement accuracy. Zeiss offers a wide range of optical measuring instruments, including the ZEISS O-SELECT, ZEISS O-INSPECT and ZEISS T-SCAN.
